What is our return policy on SHIPPED items?
We are shipping baked goods that have no preservatives. This means that if you ship ground, we cannot guarantee our baked goods condition upon arrival. FedEx and/or UPS Overnight and second day shipping will be the best option and our preferred preference, to keep the product as fresh as possible. Although pecan pies, cookies, or brownies can easily ship ground and be fine upon arrival, even with delays. That is why it makes a perfect gift choice.
We cannot be responsible for staleness/spoilage due to courier shipping delays, or if recipient is not at the delivery location to receive the shipment. Due to COVID-19, for your safety and ours, we do not accept returns at all. We ask that you properly discard the product(s).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Shipping days are Tuesday or Thursday by and no later than 10 AM CST. For cakes, buttercream is the best choice for shipping purposes.
What is our cancellation/refund policy?
You may cancel your reservation within 7 business days if you have fulfilled your invoice by paying either partial or full payment, in which you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, due to the tedious, handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges at this time. We can, however, provide you with in-STORE CREDIT at 10% off the initial value of your purchase. For more info, please refer to our site's FAQ Page.
What is our return policy of pick-up and/or delivered products?
Due to COVID-19, for your safety and ours, we do not accept returns at all. We ask that you properly discard the product(s).
